Recipe for Zucchini Soup

Ingredients

  • 4 zucchinis
  • 1 medium white onion
  • chicken based knoresweesa powder mix (located in the ethnic section of store)

Instructions

Cut up zucchini and onion into cubes.

Boil zucchini and onion until zucchini is very soft (about 20 minutes).

Scoop onion and zucchini into blender.

Put about 1 1/2 cups of boiled water in with veggies.

Put 1 tblsp. of knorewseesa into mixture.

Blend mixture until you get a soupy consistency.

Taste, add more knoresweesa, if needed.

Serve and enjoy.
