Recipe for Baked Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 can (14 oz) Artichoke Hearts
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 cup mayonaise
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic
  • 1 tablespoon fresh squeezed lemon or lime
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 dash hot pepper sauce
  • 1 small can diced green chilies
  • paprika

Instructions

Mix everything together and bake in the oven at 325 degrees for 25 minutes. Sprinkle with paprika and serve with tortilla chips.

Note: La Salsa Chilena chips from BevMo are the best by far. If you try their salsa you will NEVER go back.
