Recipe for Bratwurst
Ingredients
- 1 six pack of a good German beer.
- 2 lbs bratwurst
- 1/2 stick of butter
- 1 package of hot dog buns
- Spicy brown mustard
- 1 Onion
Instructions
Mix the beer and butter together in a pot and bring to a boil. Cook bratwusts in pot for 15 minutes. Be careful not to break the skin on them!
Meanwhile, toast up the hot dog buns and slice up the onion.
Take the brats out of the pot and brown either grill them or put them in a pan with the onions until they are brown.
Serve with onions and mustard on the buns and enjoy!
