Recipe for Beefy Taco Bake

Ingredients

• 1 pound ground beef
• 1 can condensed tomato soup
• 1 cup salsa
• 1/2 cup milk
• 6 flour or 8 corn tortillas, cut in 1 inch pieces.
• 1 cup shredded cheese, divided

Instructions

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Coat 2 quart baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.

Brown ground beef, drain.

Stir in soup, salsa, milk, tortillas, and half the cheese, spoon in baking dish.

Cover and bake for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
