Recipe for Chocolate Peanut Butter Truffles

Ingredients

  • 8 squares of semi sweet baking chocolate
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 8 ounces cool whip topping (pick one): toasted coconut flakes, grated semi-sweet baking chocolate, crushed oreo cookies, choped pecans, colored sprinkles

Instructions

Microwave chocolate in a large microwave bowl on high for 2 minutes, or until chocolate is soft. Stir until completely melted.

Stir in peanut butter until well blended.

Cool to room temperature.

Stir in cool whip.

Refrigerate for 1 hour.

Scoop mix with teaspoon and shape into 1 inch balls. Roll on coating of choice.

Store in refrigerator.
