Recipe for Taco In A Blender

Ingredients

• 1 package of tortillas
• 1 small can enchilada sauce
• 1 lb. ground beef
• 2 cups shredded cheese
• 1 can refried beans

Instructions

Brown ground beef and drain.

Spray the bottom of a round casserole dish with non stick spray.

Layer as follows: tortilla, refried beens, ground beef, enchilada sauce, cheese.

Now repeat until you are out of room and be sure to end with some tortillas. Cover it with a layer of sauce and cheese.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
