Recipe for Ceviche Dip
Ingredients
- 1 lb. tuna or red snapper
- Lemon juice
- Purple onion
- Cilantro
- 5-6 romaine tomatoes
- 1 jalapeno
- Margarine
- 1/4 cup sugar
- Virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Take tuna or red snapper and cube it. Place in tupperware and squeeze lemon juice until it just about covers it. Put in the fridge.
In another bowl, chop up a purple lemon, a lot of cilantro, and romaine tomatoes.
Chop up garlic cloves and jalapenos and throw into a hot pan. Cook until blackened then mix in a spoonful of margarine. Mix it up!
Pour into bowl with fish in it and mix in veggies. Add 1/4 cup sugar, 4-5 tbs virgin olive oil, salt, pepper and any seasonings you want.
Store in fridge overnight. The next day server as a dip with tortilla chips. Enjoy!
