Recipe for Mad Hatter Meatloaf

Ingredients

• 1 pound of lean ground beef
• 1 cup ketchup
• 1/4 worchestershire sauce
• 1/4 cup chopped onion
• 2 cloves of garlic, minced
• 1/2 cup bread crumbs

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Combine all ingredients, but 1/2 cup of ketchup, in a bowl and mix thoroughly.

Put mixture into a greased loaf pan or an 8 1/2 by 11 baking dish and form into a loaf shape. Take the remaining ketchup and spread across the top of the loaf.

Bake in oven for 35-40 minutes.

For a variation: Prepare as in previous directions and put meatloaf on aluminum foil and cover. Cook on grill over medium heat for 40 minutes.
