Recipe for The Best Potato Salad

Ingredients

  • Eggs
  • Potatoes
  • Mayonnaise
  • Sweet Pickle Relish

Instructions

Hard-boil the eggs (~30 minutes in boiling water).

Peel potatoes and boil in water for roughly 45 minutes or until potatoes can be cut easily with knife.

Crack open hard-boiled eggs and throw them into large bowl.

Add potatoes to the large bowl. 8 tbsp mayo (or to taste) 7 tbsp pickle relish (or to taste).

Mix until eggs and potatoes are broken up into small chunks and enjoy.
