Recipe for Corn Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1 box Yellow Corn Muffin Mix
- 1 can sweet whole kernel corn (drained)
- 1 can sweet cream corn
- 1 smallest container sour cream
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°.
Combine melted butter and muffin mix. Mix well. Add cream corn, drained kernel corn, and sour cream. Pour into un-greased baking dish.
Bake for 30 to 35 minutes (9” x 9” glass dish - less time for larger dish). Remove from oven before it starts to brown.
