Recipe for Szechuan Pork and Onions

Ingredients

  • 1 regular onion, chopped
  • 1/2 lb pork, cut into small cubes
  • peanut oil
  • Szechwan sauce (small amount)
  • cooking soy sauce (smaller amount)

Instructions

Heat up frying pan or wok. You want one that holds a lot of heat. Cover the bottom with oil.

Once the oil is smoking slightly, it is hot enough. Add the onions and stir like crazy. About 30 seconds later, add the Szechwan sauce and soy sauce.

Cook for a few more minutes until the pork looks done.

Serve immediately.

If you need more of this, make more smaller batches, not a huge batch as the oil will not be hot enough.
